Y’all should do a taste test of things you can use to substitute for normal ingredients in baking! Like... make a bunch of the same type of cakes. But have one be with the classic ingredients, have one be with applesauce instead of eggs, have one be with vegan eggs, etc. Then try to guess what was subbed and rank their taste and overall outcome.

I gave up booze about 3 years ago because after 20 years of dealing with alcoholics in my family, alcohol just didn't taste the same anymore. I've been blown away by how many amazing NA options, from craft beer to RTDs, spirits and wines there are available, many much tastier and all much lower calorie than their alcohol filled cousins. I live in New Zealand and test the best NA drinks around on our Zeropercenters Insta account, and although we have a decent range of options to choose from it's nothing like there is in the USA.

For anyone wanting to order and try these the brands are: - Ritual Tequila - RONSIN Rum - Drink Monday Gin - Lyre's Bourbon - ArKay Vodka
