Which blade did he put in his shavette ? The noise when it cuts says it doesn't seem so sharp. Normally a good skin preparation with a sharp blade doesn't make noise while shaving.

Michael Ottesen that is an Italian straight blade with double edge. I have one but it clogs up to quickly

That's not a badger brush, it looks more like a boar hair brush. From the looks of it I'd say something over 28mm.

He's sponsored by Mühle so I assume it's a custom made Mühle. There's plenty of artisans who would be happy to make you one like it. Check reddit (/r/wetshaving and /r/wicked_edge). I checked Mühle website and they do not offer that same brush, try contacting him otherwise.
