Nollie/switch flip ankle training and a little grindbox fun

Right ankle feel stronger now. Resistance rubber band flip motion training and stretching did the job.
More skatepark and grindbox sessions coming hopefully… but the heat is crazy right now and i dont have too much energy after work.
