How will CM or PM of India know the road condition of Nagaland. CM travels in a latest model of car with escorts creating traffic congestion. The PM flies in his chores chopper. The union Road minister approves fund for road construction without inspection. Naga guardians are the elected members for the people by the people. But opposite for the elected members by the people.
