Hello and wellcome to our new tutorial video.Today will present how to do hard reset to Nokia Lumia 820.
Warning! Do this at your own risk! All your phone data (contacts,photos,videos,music,messages,aplications,games,files,) will be lost! Please make backup first if you can!
1.Power off your phone
2.Press power button and after phone vibrates once press volume down until you will see exclamation sign on the screen
3.Press in this order:volume up
volume down
power
volume down
4.Wait until format ends and the phone restarts
That's it

y man, I reset my phone in normal settings but since I was new to this phone didn't realise while the symbols of cogs were turning it would take more than several minutes, I turned my htc 8X of while this process was happening, and now all it will do is turn off if the battery is dead or it will on go to the white screen with the htc logo on it if I hold down the power button it goes black for a few seconds vibrates and then goes to the screen again! Do you please have any advice or way I can fix this I have called htc Australia and yet they have not called back

my lumi adoesnt boot up. It has been showing the geras for 24 hours. Was so stupid for not doing it myself.just found out ur video. We'll see how ur video works.

actually my password was got blocked for 2245(something)+ then i decide to factory reset but it been more than 10 hours and in between it got switch off due to low battery!! again i plugged in for charge........ THere is any other method for my problem
