Actually, there is a very easy way of cleaning the keypad without using any detergent and its more effective - boil a kettle of water then pour the water into a bowl put the keypad in the bowl with hot water and then wait 5 minutes. After that you should be able to just scratch the yellow foil off the keypad (you can even use your nails). It definitely helped me!

Hey man i have this phone but when i plug it into the charger it lits up for a second or 2 and shuts off but when it's nor plugged in it doesn't turn on at all.

I used a code already and I got the PHONE NOT RESTRICTED message. The phone works for 10-20 seconds before it gives the SIM NOT COMPATIBLE message.
