Brilliant! It worked, you are a lifesaver, I had several Nokia 2.4 to hard reset and nothing worked, I tried several paid software and nothing...My It colleagues will be thrilled, they also tried to hard reset those Nokia, with no success :-)

Thanks. The critical success is to uninstall old driver (MTP or MKT) then install ADB driver to the drive.

tfm tool not work because qt5core.dlll problem. and you cannot install nokia usb drivers. too difficult. its easier to hit it with axe.
