I have similar one. Nokia 1610 E-Plus from 1996. It feels very good in hand. That weight does the work.

That was my first mobile phone, circa 1996. At the time I was amazed at how small they'd got. Phone numbers were stored in the SIM, and there was room for 10 in total. Only five ringtones. But the battery lasted a week....

Nokia used to have plants in Germany, Brazil, Finland, Hungary, Korea, China and even in the USA. When you consider almost all phones we have today are made mostly in China, that was really something.

Hahahaha thats because china has lowballed 90% labor costs lately when workers are paid $20 dollars overseas ph china only pays $8 ph and if i am the plant owner i will setup in china and hire more workers😄😄😆😆800 workers @ $8 each is much better than 400 workers @ $20 each
This was also my first cellphone with a large simcard and a very expensiv contract with no free minutes for calling. There was also no way for texting hahaha but that time it was a luxery when u had a mobile phone
