Noisy Panasonic F-560A1 Ceiling Fan | Satisfying ASMR Sound

This video was taken back when the restoration of this fan was still ongoing, precisely a year ago. A day before I took this video, I'm replacing the bearings on this fan since the original ones were seized. In order to be able to access the bearings, the silver-colored metal motor shell should be opened first, and after that, the bearings can be seen (so as the motor stator and the windings). Long short story, the old bearings are removed and the new replacement ones are in, assembling the motor and all parts back in place. It makes a quite rough noise when the first time I test the motor before I tested it with the blades on the ceiling, but at first, I thought it was caused by something isn't tightened properly, so I re-tighten all screws (to make sure everything's tightened well) before I install it to the ceiling. When it's up on the ceiling with the blades and turned on for the first time, eventually this happened. I'm not sure what caused it to buzz loudly, so I asked some fellow fan collectors regarding the issue I experienced on this fan, and they said it's probably caused by the position of the rotor and the stator are not precise. So I had to re-disassembling the motor again to re-align the rotor and the stator. Although the buzzing noise it produces sounds sooo uncomfortable, I think it sounds satisfying too on the other side. So I decided to take this video before I took it down again to re-align the rotor and the stator.

I remembered when go to Store that Mostly Sell Outfits and more, they use Panasonic Ceiling Fan and you know, at High Speed, it still work silent unlike my Ceiling Fan at home

once I disassembled my KDK B56X5 fan to maintain the bearings and paint it, I assembled it, installed it and when I turned it on it made this very loud but different noise because in the Dominican Republic we use 120v 60Hz, in short I was scared hahaha

sorry for the late reply. woah, i believe that was caused by the misaligned rotor. and about the different hum, i think that was caused by the different frequency, 60hz and 50hz

no. read the whole description, and bearings cannot be lubricated with oil.
Mode 1 - & 2 are broken when u use them for startup
