There's supposed to be quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM only these degenerates losers with serious psychopathy issues don't care and believe themselves entitled to do as they please whenever they please. Twenty some years ago this disruptive, toxis and antisocial behavior would have never been tolerated and they'd be warned and then evicted, but that's not how it is anymore and especially when there's equally antisocial and lazy management that doesn't care either and expects for the police to called and to do their job.

My neighbours slamming their doors all day long, I have anxiety disorder and I get panic atack because of them.

Single mother's are the absolute worst neighbours to have...

You said it. Was living in a perfectly quiet building until this single mom moved in with her daughter and a dog. They are completely out of control with their NON-STOP door banging and throwing objects on the floor. The worst part is that it is impossible to get any message across to them in a polite manner. Surely it would be much easier to negotiate some terms with men, rather than deal with these single moms or inconsiderate and spoiled women in general.

I have neighbors with very loud children… when I move out hopefully soon… I plan to leave them a nasty note that tells them to think of their neighbors and shut their little sh*ts up.

I have my neighbours and these couples are pissedhead, listening to music at night and also right now at 1:44 am yelling when they're drunk chatting. I've been unable to get proper sleep ever since they've moved out here. my partner who just had a vascular surgery in July has to deal with these couple who got no manner and consideration. and yes these couple are unemployed as well

Toxic and antisocial behavior is generational and they just continue teaching their wild animals to behave the same and when they are confronted and called out for their disrespect, they will in turn verbally attack, blameshift and play the victim.

I get really bad sensory overload, and my neighbors play their tv so loud that I can feel the vibration in several rooms. I get migraines and chest pains from the stress of the sounds. I tried to nicely notify them with a note explaining the situation, and now they sit there and harrass me all day and night. 😡🤬

LMFAOOO this was funny as hell but so true!!! I have dealt with noisy neighbors too many times but I hit it head on and have knocked on some doors and gotten stuff correct! My sanity is the only thing that has to be guarded!

If your neighbor is playing music and travelling to your apt, then record it, then send to them. Or even better, plays back when they are sleeping. The police will laugh if they call the police about it.

My neighbors are pot smoking, lowlife, welfare case, child abusing trash, they get their kids stoned every single day. We have complained about the lowlifes at least 30 times to the landlord but she hasn't done anything about it. We have been trying to find a new place to live but it's very expensive to rent a house in Albuquerque.

I'm in Santa Fe and over a year ago found myself moving into one of the worst places that I've every lived. It's a filthy ghetto that's not only been overtaken by some of the nastiest immigrants from the three nation slums, but even worse is how for over a year I'm being sleep deprived due to that unemployeed loser above me whose a degenerated drunk, drug addict/dealer that makes noise 24/7 and who never sits down. That kid of theirs also rarely ever goes to school either and is always up there howling like a caged coyote. CPS needs to be called on them, while the management are equally antisocial, lazy and worthless and who not only ignore every complaint, but make excuses and are always expecting for the police to be called instead, so that they do not have to be accountable or do their job.

My neighbours unemployed (before coronavirus even came), produced unruly children that bang and thump 12hrs straight a day. Get woken up by bass. Listen to their Tv so loud I can hear it as clear as day in every room of my townhouse. The Dad laughs like a clown out the back making the downstairs uninhabitable (I can hear it from the front room upstairs) they have a 3 by 2m backyard that their dog shits in constantly. Kids stomp, bang, scream and run through the house from 10:30 till 11pm every single day of the week. Asked them politely to keep noise down as they may not be aware it travels (mind you this is after 6 long months of trying to 'not' be the complaining neighbour). Their response was will try keep noise down. But kids will be kids cant help the noise.. They will play regardless so theres no stopping them from making noise. This was at 11pm at night their kids are 3yrs old 8 and 10. On a weeknight! What happened to schooling your kids at home during the covid... With all the noise I doubt they are getting a education. They can return back to school here in QLD Australia, they never even had to be taken out of school. The parents are unemployed, the dad just laughs playing PS4 all day. All their rubbish like baby wipes keep ending up in my backyard area (high fence). I can't enjoy a single room in my house. I had to go through with a noise complaint to body corporate to no avail. My other neighbours on the other side of me, has a kid and I hear them once in a blue moon.

I'm dealing w this now. My neighbor is loud in the wee hours of the morning. I followed the proper procedures by kindly asking him to be quiet: Didn't work. I notified my landlady: Didn't work. Called the cops: Didn't work. My last option is taking him to court, but I don't have the money and that would be a waste of time because he's the type of person who would throw the court summons away or not even appear. Through all this, I refuse to move because my rent is cheap, I'm saving for a house and I have lived here way longer than he has. I talked to friends and family about my situation and they all agree that I shouldn't have to move and to give him a taste of his own medicine. Anyway, I made of the mistake of making noise back when he's loud but I realized that's useless because he's already up. So right now, I caught him off guard when he's asleep to give him a taste of his own medicine. I hope it works. I hate that I'm reduced to this, but I'm not moving until I buy my house and w time and patience I hope he leaves before I do.

These problems rests entirely with management for which nowadays I've found to be extremely toxic and equally antisocial themselvesl. It's not affecting their lives, so therefore they do not care and they are also very lazy and refuse to accept any accountabilty for what's goes on in their properties either. For this very reason, they actually expect for the police to do their job, when law enforcement has more important and actual criminal matters to deal with than coming to tell some petty degenerate with an emotional maturity level of a toddler to behave, shit down and shut up. Years ago these parasites would be warned and then evicted, but not the case any longer.

Nice one. I've always been Mr Civlised allllll my life and tolerated so much. That ended June this year. The neighbours moved in October 22. I tolerated it. The constant door slamming. So loud it rattles glass in furniture away from the party wall. I thought...they'll realise it's a quiet area and settle down. No, they did not. And after 8 months...the music started. Well I say music...it sounded like a construction site. That was enough. I started mine. Then I started slamming. They go quiet for 2 mins and then it all starts again. They are thick. They are (what's the polite way of saying this)....'new' to this country. So the war goes on. I happen to be an ex gigging bassist with a huge set up I could use. Don't need to the practice amp is fine. They get angry with me! Now...I just bounce the sound back to them. But it's killing me. Always in. Never go out. Driving me mad.

i live below a guy and a woman who both use drugs, they cause so much antisocial behaviour , playing there bass off there sound system till gone 1am , constantly banging on floor when there walking , they think its okay to threaten me when i complain about the noise to the council ,there mates threaten me aswell and said i dont complain about people in the area im in he and she have numerous cars pull up to there flat buying drugs off my neighbours Upstairs and then disapearing , they have a dog so i know when someones at there home ,numerous times when i go outside i see them sell people drugs , they have enough money to buy cars all the time , there claiming benefits whilst selling drugs im sick and tired of the smell of cannabis and people knocking on there door 247 and im sick and tired with how loud they play there bass off there sound system

You know what, this just gave me an idea, I have these constantly drunk and noisy neighbors in the flats across from us, landlords of both flats don't do anything, police don't do anything, asking them to respect our sleep time doesn't help, for more than 6 years every single weekend and holiday they get sh*t faced and start screaming and yelling extremely loud and play their music very loud until 6am to 7am the next morning, I am so sick of it and they've been getting louder every single time. I think it's time I take out my sub stereo system that rattles the hell out of windows when the volume is high and just play metal music and see how they like it. Only issue is that I would most likely be the one getting into trouble, we were told by our landlord that the neighbors may make noise but we may not because it will shine a bad light over their precious names 🙄 But honestly what else can I do?

It almost sounds laughable and it's a shame it has come to this but ban those bass bass, boom boom sound systems. Normal people have a normal hifi and if you like bass - get a pair of headphones. It often is not the volume per se - it's the thumping bass they all have. Just start banning them. The amount of police time, mental health disorders and rehoming that is a result of overly bassed sound systems. Just ban em and same for the car systems as well. Sadly we are on the edge as a society where the government needs to step in and say right because of the minority we are banning this type of equipment. How many thousands of people have to endure this nonsense!? And the police/local authorities do nothing to help protect decent families Just trying to get a ahead.

Sat up now thanks to my stupid neighbour from upstairs, he claims he's an ex d.j. He's nothing but a useless druggie, who has had warnings from the council but it's not improved. Right now his speakers are too loud and it sounds like thunder coming through my bedroom, living room. I'm pissed off as I've to get up at 4.00am to set off hour and half later for work.

The irony is that they let their mutt wake me up during the night for over a year. Thank goodness I have recordings and notes.

I live in a new build property the walls of extremely thin and they have laminated floor above me I've been living in this hell for over 10 years but because is social housing I can't really afford to move all I do is play rain sounds or brown noise from KZread

If you raise hell in the wee hours of the morning, I have found my bagpipe accompaniment tends to cease all inconsiderations urgently. A little behavior modification. I also have a bugle for reveille if that's required. The key is only to persist as long as they do that way you don't become the easily identified nuisance. Why be the only one who has to rise early in the morning? A suona or a trumpet gets the point across as well. Direct contact with the wall adds to the effect. Happy New Year!

You don't work hard so that unemployed people don't have to. You work hard because billionaires demand yachts, jets, multiple mansions and space ships to joy ride in. You could sort thousands of people being unemployed for the cost of just one billionaire partyong on his private mega-yacht. And few people are having children, or are having two at most, look at the problems being faced in places like Japan and Korea, there's not enough people being born to provide support for the aging, but the rich people are doing ok. If they have that many children, they won't have much time to work and cannabis is preferable to the worlds most retarded drug: alcohol. Noise though, that is the real issue. Eg, the bar across the street from me plays music so loud that i can hear it throughout the street! The drunken arguments, the cars honking on the way past, I'm so done with it! I don't care if someone can't or won't work, we are slaves for billionaires who demand we produce obscene wealth for them, if someone can avoid doing that, more power to them! But keep the damn noise down! I don't mind some occasional noise, within reason, people need to have fun, but when it becomes constant and excessive it is just so antisocial!
