Athu Apdi tha bro, based on phone audio quality change bro, I also feel same when I connect in redmi phone I get very high sounds, but not in realme and sometimes in iPhone. Try change equaliser settings in phone sound settings it may help bro

I never suggest to buy this company's product because I am saying this from my personal experience. Let me tell you what I experienced after buying this company's device. I bought the product on 12-06-2023 and received a non-working device on 14-06-2023. A complaint was also registered on the same day. I am eligible to receive a new replacement product under their 7 day replacement policy. But I received a repaired product on 24-06-2023. But that device was also non functional. I requested for a new replacement device but they refused to issue a new replacement device even though I was under their 7 day replacement policy. Finally I sent them legal notice but they refused to accept that too. The next step is to resolve the issue in court. They said they can give me new device on 06-07-2023. Reverse pickup done on 08-07-2023. They received the device on 10-07-2023. Still they haven't sent the new device. The status shows as Testing. If they provide a new device, why do they wait until the device test is completed? So I think the old device will be sent. Now you can decide whether to buy this company device or not. I will update more details later.
