in this video Fatty says, "this will be the last time, this isn't like a Black Sabbath or Motley Crue last tour. this is our final tour." at the end of the show Fatty got choked up and cried a little. he managed to say "thanks for so many years guys... thanks for so many years." snif sniff exit stage left. Hefe and Melvin seemed to be in better spirits (couldn't see Smelly). I think they will still play shows in CA but Hefe just had a baby so no touring makes sense.
Fatty also made a comment about he can't be mad at Joey Cape for dating his ex wife, but it sounded more like a question than a statement. this guy is having a rough go of it lately!
everyone thought the show would be INSIDE the cow palace. this place was originally built for rodeos. the Beatles and Nirvana have played here. but someone in charge decided that the Cow Palace was good enough for livestock but too good for punk rock fans. we're lesser than livestock?! i told my friend, "someday a punk is gonna save that person's life, then they'll realize the error of their ways."
