The Arabic part is a song called (How have you been? ) by the singer fairouz she sang this song about her son who had left the country to marry his lover, but he didn't inform his family when he would come after a few years he came back and he met his mother so she asked him( how have you been? I heard you became a father, I thought that you are still abroad) so her son wrote this song about his conversation with his mom. He gave her the song but she took 4 years to decide whether she will sing it or not

In case anyone asks about the Arabic part: The Arabic part is a song called (How have you been? ) by the singer fairouz she sang this song about her son who had left the country to marry his lover, but he didn't inform his family when he would come after a few years he came back and he met his mother so she asked him( how have you been? I heard you became a father, I thought that you are still abroad) so her son wrote this song about his conversation with his mom. He gave her the song but she took 4 years to decide whether she will sing it or not

This is so beautiful can some write down the Arabic part in like English words if that makes sense like for example 'whal ka shifta' and translate what it actually means in English. I would love to sing this in my school and I have been interested in learning Arabic and everything behind it.
