When you have a talented, interesting and intelligent interviewer who doesn’t need to try to highjack the interview....you get a good interview. This interview was 10 hours too short. They both genuinely seemed to enjoy this.

This really is a wonderful interview. Frank speaks the perfect amount for an interviewer and asks really fresh questions. Noel seems relaxed too so much respect to all involved.

What a great interviewer Frank Skinner has become... wow. Very underrated interviewer.

One of only interview were Noel actually seems interested...can see he has a respect for Frank.

And like ya say brotherly love we dont know how noel really felt after that final split. Years of cuntyness from liam attacking him high on drugs on stage will all depress a man. If he then says "fuck this having my brother in my life depresses me I cant have him in my life anymore" then that descision will probably last till the End.

Just Imagine Noel and Liam having there own Podcast together. that would be a laugh and madness at the same time. I’ve only ever liked Noel and Liam interviews

How so many people still don’t get the irony of Noel is mad. You only have to listen to the scissors story to realise he doesn’t take himself too seriously

I’ve never seen Noel smile, laugh and seem so relaxed during an interview and that’s a credit to Frank Skinner ......or maybe it’s because Noel still drunk from the night before!

Skinner is the most underrated presenter of his era. I’m a Scot, so his football song career holds no sway, but his honesty / lack of fear in comedy / presentation is one off & very likeable. His ability to slip BLUE into midday mediocrity is beyond compare.

Luv Frank Skinner . Luv the way he stands by his principles. Really intelligent guy as well and premier level comedian. His autobiography was the funniest book I ever read.

Frank said it took him 5 listens to take to the album....I found this myself. Heard bits and pieces that I didn't like but then bought the album and took 5 listens for it to grow on me. I actually really like it now.

Find it remarkable that Frank skinner for all the showbiz he's been part of he's been dry 30 plus years. BRAVO to you frank.

Frank Skinner is a genuinely funny man. He doesn’t try to bring the house down. Just little witty remarks.

This is the most honest interview I've seen with Noel so far over the new record, and Frank worded his feelings over how different the record is, but how he respected Noel for doing something different better than anyone else i've seen.

Noel's Autobiography should be called " Me Here Now "

Underrated comment.

Frank Skinner is a terrific interviewer! This is by far, the best interview I'm seen with Noel in a very long time - maybe since the last interview with Frank Skinner! In so many of the recent Noel interviews, they seem to want to get him to say nasty things about Liam. Frank asks interesting questions, but ones that lead to happier times and reminisces. The pollen story was very sweet and you can see - even behind those shades Noel was wearing - that it touched him to hear it. Loved Oasis - Loved Beady Eye - Love Noel Gallagher HFB - Love solo Liam. Liam is very funny and clever and cheeky - I like seeing interviews with him. Noel is clever, funny and very articulate. I could listen to that man talk for hours. I think WBTM is a wonderful album! He went out there and did something different. I loved his other solo stuff as well. So many of Noel Gallaghers songs are etched in my brain and touch my heart like no other songs I've ever listened to before. Genius.

Skinner is in top form man! Great interview

This was more interesting than the other interviews noel has put out around who built the moon, definitely. And that's because Frank dared ask questions nobody else has dared ask, like do you feel pressure from Liam's album going number 1? And was it coincidence the albums came out very close to each other. And just all round very very good interview technique. Shorter segment but much better than all recent Noel interviews. Thank you.

What a warm and genuine interview. Always great to hear Noel, 50 years old and still sustaining real creativity and as enthusiastic as ever. The album is fantastic.

If you haven’t heard of Frank Skinner before, he’s absolutely fantastic. He’s one of Britain’s best comedians, and both one of the best interviewers but more importantly one of the best interviewees ever. He’s just so interesting and fresh

3 takeaways: • 5-star hotels are a bit ugh when you've built a 6-star home • Indonesian kids mean well but don't come to gigs in Man Utd shirts (he's a City fan!) • Frank Skinner is so lovely & witty, and made Noel feel more at ease than any other interviewer 10/10 could listen to these 2 for hours more, see u in 17 years

In 2017 I played virtually nothing but Oasis and Liam and Noels' stuff round the clock every day. That was one of the best years of my life so far.

Awww, what a great interview, I feel like hugging both of them now. I love the album, really, there are some amazing tunes in it. I was listening to it earlier and when it reached the last track I was like "I want more of this, I could listen to 2 hours of this easily".

I love that old interview and I still revisit it from time to time. I didn't know this was only the 2nd time they'd spoken...so nice to see them together again. :)

Love both these guys and a great interview. Having lived through the 90s as a teenager and adoring Oasis, this interview got me a bit choked up. As with the 60s, you only truely 'get it' if you were there when it was all happening.

Bought Frank skinners autobiography years ago in an airport before a holiday abroad. Was in tears of laughter by the pool reading that . It’s a great read if anyone’s interested 😂

Was never a fan, always thought that they were obnoxious,,,, recently watched Supersonic, and that opened my eyes, to the characters that made a band, and became Rock and Roll Super Star's... Legend's

That was the best I have seen of Frank Skinner. The slowed pace of his speech gave a relaxed quality to the conversation and left openings for Noel to add something or pause before continuing. Really enjoyed it.

Noel has a lot of respect for Frank.

Great interview. Noel is always a great guest but Skinner asked great questions and had wonderful insight. I loved what he said about albums that take longer to penetrate. Albums that take longer to crack are definitely the albums that have more longevity for me. And I think the analogy of using immediately nice people make a lot of sense. Love how Gallagher got David Homes and spend 4 years making this album and pushed himself to not fall in to the same creative trappings. That's tough. But that's how Bowie stayed relevent. He reinvented himself all the time.

Noel is clearly happy with having an honest chat with Frank, very rare insight and much appreciated. The Gallagher brothers are living legends…..as cliché as that sounds it’s the truth.

It's funny how he doesn't say "You know what I mean", like his brother. They're so different. Love them both. Great interview!

My friend new Noel very well because he went to see them supporting some band in a small pub in London when they first came down from Manchester. He had a beer with them afterwards and ended up selling t shirts for them as the hit the big time. I got to see Oasis a few times. Noel was a great laugh. Good times.

Frank is a wise man. He's verbally quite economic, but very accurate.. The commentary he makes on "liking a person right off the bat" but that he'll be "off" them three months later--and to draw that comparison to meeting a new record album, is right as rain.. My all-time favorite-take-to-the-fucking-grave-albums took at least FIVE to TEN listens before any love was found; but the longevity is self-evident. That really hit home.. I commend him.

GotLotsaFaith I was same with Paulo Nutini’s second Album. Adore it now?. Loved the younger years with Oasis, but everyone got fed up. Loved it when Liam got his teeth knocked out, play with fire and all that....
