Best lecture of nocturnal enuresis ever. Jazak ALLAH khair

Excellent video. 1 thing I would only comment on is rewarding for dry nights - nocturnal enuresis is not the child’s fault and rewarding behaviour that is out of their control could be harmful to their self esteem and may feel guilt/disappointment for not getting dry nights. Instead, reward positive behaviours like drinking water and voiding before bed. Otherwise very helpful thank you!

Muze bed wetting ki bahut problem thi is problem ki vajah se mai apne khud ke rishte daroke ghar bhi nahi ja pata tha bahut hi sharmindgi mahsus hoti thi lekin mera ye problem na to kisi doctor ne aur nahi kisi mahangi dawa ne thik kiya mera ye problem sirf Utracon syrup aur Branocon syrup se hi thik ho gaya. One thing that is not mentioned as a cause of the Urinary Incontinence which is what I have. I am born with two extra ureters and two go to the bladder the other two bypass the bladder and I had a doctor/surgeon go in and surgically correct it. However, I still need diapers and another thing is that I am highly prone to urinary tract infections or UTI's and they happen very often and a lot of the time, I get bladder spasms and things like that.

NP. A large amount of urine will wake the patient up to urinate. Not all cases associated with NE. NE is wetting the bed and can be associated with NP.
