River Nile has two tributaries, one originates from the Ethiopian Highlands (Blue Nile), and the other from Lake Victoria in Uganda (White Nile). The two tributaries join in Sudan (right in the City of Khartoum to be exact) on its way through Egypt to the Mediterranean Sea 🌊.

No brother! Let me correct your wrong information on the source of the Nile water, which you said is Egypt. Both Nile (Blue and White) rivers do not originate from Egypt. The Blue Nile, which originates from Ethiopia, supplies Sudan and Egypt 80% of precious water. The White Nile, which originates from Lake Victoria on the Ugandan side, supplies 20% of the water to North Sudan and Egypt. The two Niles meet in Khartoum at the delta place called Mugren and thereafter become one Nile until it reaches its final destination in the deserts of Egypt. Enjoy the journey and Good bye! 👍
