That was something I refused to accept bc I remembered a time when I was not plagued with anxiety. I knew there had to be a way out. So I started googling people who beat anxiety and started finding that people had. I literally prayed for help and got to work. It’s a slow process but I am well on my way after a long time of fighting🙌 Now I am helping other people to heal.

@@subhankarkundu385 the concept is actually relatively simple. The problem is convincing your mind that this is going to work. 1. You must understand, you CANNOT beat anxiety with the mind. You have to believe this with your whole heart and soul. Anxiety is caused by your nervous system. That is why you often feel sensations in your body because your body is in a fight or flight state. So it is actually your body that you must keep calm. So the key to healing is to calm your nervous system. That’s not easy to do when your mind is constantly screaming panic and alarm. However it is crucial that you learn to respond differently to this alarm. I like to put it this way. Anxiety is like an unwanted relative at a party. You don’t want to kick him out and make a seen but you don’t want to socialize with him either. So you simply acknowledge his presence every time you run into him and move on. This goes as follows. 1. Recognize you are feeling anxiety (you’ve bumped into your unwanted relative.) 2. Acknowledge that this is just anxiety 3. Calm the tension in your body (if your shoulders are tight, if your clenching your jaw, etc… relax them.) 4. Then simply Go back to what you were doing previously (allowing the relative (anxiety) to just be there in the back ground but not actively thinking about it, trying to solve it. You cannot … I repeat you CANNOT fix anxiety by thinking. Please note this is going to feel uncomfortable at first and the anxiety may even escalate in the beginning. Stay with it. Overtime your body will learn that this is not something it needs to be worried about. Your nervous system will finally be able to calm down and one day, you will look around and realize your anxiety systems are gone. This can take months! So don’t think it’s not working. This takes some time. If you have panic attacks the route is the same. Don’t fight the attack just let it come. Remember we are stuck in fight or flight so we don’t want to fight with the anxiety, we don’t want to run from it by not acknowledging it or trying to distract ourselves and we don’t want to freeze vertically paralyzed in fear. Simply acknowledge it’s there and go back to what you were doing previously. Best of luck my friend😊

True man. Everybody just says that you can only manage this but now people are accepting that OCD is curable

You came from a place of your own that you made sure you left ego out of it. That makes a big difference on how and WHY you chose to share information. You appeared to me as someone who didn't need to win.....control and anger is not the way to deal with frustration.
