You can literally grab the camera and use the mouse to aim it within SFM and record that movement.

Theoretically you’d see nothing. It seems that on impact the body is already reduced to a black husk before disintegrated entirely, so logically your visual reception will be first vaporized in the first flash of light, then in the next instant it’s rendered entirely non functional.

Fun fact: This metro-cop is actually trying to help you. Each citizen is given a daily ration and community service or volunteering to be a cop is rewarded with extra food/security for your family. This cop is standing at the door "making" newcomers pick up trash to give them a good first report on their record and be given more food in the next room. But in doing so CP noticed Gordon is a unidentified citizen, causing a lockdown and raid on the nearby apartments to search for him.

Yeah, like they weren't powerful enough as is. Gordon's fought through hundreds of aliens and most of the US military, G-man's literally magic Doctor Who, and the vortigaunts can revive the dead while being attacked by antlions.
