Welcome back to the channel as we are now in season 19 of the Go battle league. The interest seems to be on a downward spiral. Older players seem to be getting fed up with the issues the game is facing, and getting into pvp seems difficult. This is because of the amount of resources required just to take part
Even the great legaue bow is very XL dominated, master legaue, of course, requires very maxed out pokemon.
However, I'm here to break that mould today in the open ultra legaue. we not only use a fully non xl team but a triple shadow team as well.
We are running an ABB double water back line with Gliscor in the lead as pur anti electic anti Grass
I will be unterlising the shadow suciuce safe switching running the covergae move of ice beam to draw out and grass or elelctic freeing up shadow Feraligatr to sweep the backline
Scuicune has recently been in riads, and both Feraligatr and Gliscors pre evolution are currently available in grunts. Give this fun versatile team a go yourself !

Your content and callums are the only ones i watch. This seasons poor move updates, lacklustre CDs, and an ever ending wait to TM away frustration is why im not fussed about this season. But watching your content gives inspiration. Keep it up!
your right it's very difficult to get into because of the xl mons and the unforgiving lag and the core of players left have gotten really good making it worse for new players

I actually blame the creators. Niantic gave a nice mix of creative leagues every season and creators begged for more Open Leagues because they already invested in Pokémon and they hated having to invest in niche stuff for specialty cups. What they don't understand is that if you have one open league available every week of the season, you alienate new players, who needed those specialty cups to get integrated into PvP. The Open League centric schedule favours players who have been around for years, not new players. Doesn't matter if it is annoying to keep playing specialty cups, they are a necessary evil.

I don’t get out alot so it took me a while to build up enough Pokémon to really be able to play in all the leagues but even a year an some change later I’m still missing a few key Pokémon an I barley have any master league Pokémon that I can use
Man this game is so shit lately. Every time I go positive I get hit with the "mud shot is now a 5 turn move" bullshit 🤮

There goes my idea of sending you normal gliscor/shadow gator/shadow penguin. However I’ve never really committed to shadows in PvP so any help/advice would help

@TGregers ggs mate Goodra Safe switch is a problem for that team I've really struggled to find a shadow team this season to work that team was the first one that's been able to get me 3 consecutive positive sets

Im still running the super toxic version of this team... (steelix double debuff, poliwrS, gator closer. If it still works dont fix it
