It only takes 1:30 ( one hour and 30 mins ) to make a neon legendary. BUT FOR ME IT TOOK ME 1 WHOLE YEAR+ SOME TIME. TO MAKE A DAMN NEON ULTRA-RARE... anyone else collect alot of pets you want make neon, then never do it..
