mayby it's a good idea to bring the tram into the pedestrian area and and make it stop in front of the stadium so the people don't have to walk so far

Yeah, current design encourages people to drive there instead, which no sane stadium area would want.

The Football team should be named the Biffalo Sea Serpents, or maybe use the nickname of the Tea Serpents (since this is still the Snakus region iirc). I grew up in a tourist-dependent region so seeing these types of things get built are always my favorite thing. You really created a great place that families to teens to adults would love to just walk through and peruse. Only thing I could think to add is maybe a designated outdoor food court/food truck region to emphasize "This is the place you go when you visit Biffalo Countea" during festivals or afternoon trips. But that's just a minor nitpick.

Another great design and build! What would be good is some restaurants and cafes along the waterfront similar to Melbourne and Sydney. Maybe a hotel or two so it really becomes a destination to visit and stay a while instead of just a day trip? Visit the opera have dinner then go walking and shopping the next day? Loving the series!

This looks absolutely amazing. At this point Biffa, you could start a series about fixing your old cities (Traffic and other problems, especially with all the new updates), replace old things/broken mods by using mostly vanilla+DLC assets. Then also decorate them. When I started doing that to my old cities myself, I also decided to remove as much zoned industry as possible and upgrade it with the Industries DLC stuff. It could be interesting at somepoint if you're not doing a new city or resuming your traffic fixes series... or just need a break from them. This town is looking really good. Nice Idea with a pedestrian zone for all the special building... I wonder if one could fit the space elevator without sims relying on cars using that trick... ummm...

Love it! One suggestion: That bridge section over the stadiums looks insanely high :P They're like skyscraper height... Maybe lower them down a bit? Maybe once you get the other square you could move those roads a bit further "north" so they don't look too tall.

With so many tourist attractions there's going to be some pickpockets about! Maybe add some police presence to protect our visitors? Also maybe a fire dept to make sure one small fire doesn't wipe out everything?

A bike road going all the way down to the stadium (instead of the one with the grass median) might help to encourage more biking. Small plots of bike parking by each attraction would be realistic, I think.

Smashingly good!! I loved everything here but I feel that the grassy areas between buildings are being lost with the concrete pavement. Yes, this is an entertainment area with a lot of foot traffic but it's giving me the "concrete jungle" vibe when overlaying every open space...there's no "natural" place to cop a squat. Loving this Biffalo Countea series! Needs a logo and some merch!!

Looks good, but the one thing I'd suggest is that it's a little too crowded. You've got an area with three big signature buildings - the stadium, aquarium and opera house - and buildings like that need space to allow them to be seen. Surrounding them with blocky wall-to-wall building detracts from that a little...

The Kaiyukan Aquarium is one of my favorite buildings and Aquariums in general in the world. It is in Osaka. You should try and get to it Biffa. For the tram road coming into the turn around…. You have the trams turning right from the center crossing over the cars. Change that around so that the trams are on the outside of that road. Then adjust the tram routes so that it is right in, right out on the main road.

  • @reinerjung1613

I love the new addition and also the way how you present the build at day and later at night. Anyway, I wanted to dive just 2¢ regarding the public transport (sorry public transport nerd). Up 18:00 you placed the tram on the far side of the new area. It would be much more pedestrian friendly to place it in the center of the area and have turn loop there. Maybe on right side of the stadium. You addressed this issue a little bit with the bus route. However, it would also work to let the tram ran along the back road. Yes this would mean the tram has to share the road with cars, but for that short section it should not be an issue. While this might not make a big difference in CS, as people just might switch form tram to bus, it would add some reality to it.

Instead of having the trams loop at the front entrance, use tram-pedestrian and tram-bike roads to have them come in and loop around the stadium, I'm sure with the new content there are small enough roads to fit that in there. That way they can have several stops inside, and you can open up that front area for another big building, more commercial zones and plazas.

Absolutely love the new area, and for one I like the highways the way they are, there is an industrial area in Jacksonville, Florida, around their stadium that is exactly the same way. Just the city making use of otherwise dead space. It’s mainly used for tailgating football. Only thing I would change is the tall slender trees along the waterfront, they should be lower profile and less of them IMO. 😊

The piers for the floating gardens and boat museum are too high as they're lined up with the top of the quay wall. Could you swap out the stretch they're attached to for the two level wall so they can butt up against the lower level with the steps going down for access? Looking really good... I think that tiny rail bridge should be curved a bit and then extend it to go to Eggleston, parallel to the other bridge, on the far side of it. To me this seems moch more logical than somehow trying to connect it to the main rail line. And I think you should be able to do this without buying that little corner that is currently missing.

I have had an idea about the train line near the entertainment complex. I think maybe you should lower the main line, so that you can make a smooth transition for that branch line to connect with. I also suspect you may have to movify a carpark from the intended area, and maybe modify some bits to ensure the train line does not conflict with some of your build.

You could get the buses running on pedestrian road (with the ped+bus road) to get to the sea front and round the area. You can also put a train station in the back and connect it to your road running along the stadium and to the railway from under the bridge. Or what about an intercity bus hub directly connected to the highway?

Very nicely done. I saw some grass spots that still needs concretifying but thats just my OCD. Cheers

I think the trees on the promenade are a bit too high... and an old retaining wall would probably look great for that railway. But as usual, amazing work Biffa :)

"Ahhh! What a beautiful view!!" Mayor puts a bunch of really tall pines and blocks the views. 😅😅😅😅

The stadium being on the seafront makes me think off the new Everton stadium being built by the docks in Liverpool

Maybe a toll road in the middle of the tram turn around so cars wanting to continue through are paying for parking?

The line of tees along the quay wall are so tall and closely spaced they're blocking the views of the buildings from the water and bridge. Otherwise, it's looking great!

@Biffa Under RenderIt!, If you turn on Anisotropic Filtering to 16x you will increase the quality of texturing at sharp angles, perfect for fixing those "City Tour" segments where you look far down the road and the lines get blurry. I recommend turning on 16X aniso in your graphics card drivers if possible so ALL your games have max quality texture filtering.

Something is strange 🤔 The Jacaranda mimosifolia (the purple tree) are always in full bloom. 😂
