So I have found the way to get to the button on top of the Lampost. You have to have a balloon with you you get that in the section where you find all the shields and stuff like that and I help you with like floating at the same time before you get down by using two balloons And I was able to get XP before that get slowly crouch on the lamp post metal part as well to grab it. Hopefully this this helps ✌🏼
