As you were decorating, it’s easy to spot which year the decor is from. The buffalo check is obviously the oldest video and the newest is the Anthropology Minka pots. Something I noticed at Hobby Lobby this year…I didn’t find one buffalo check piece! Thank god we are moving past that!!! It was very “in” about 6-7 years ago and it was cute at the time, but the last five years have seemed to drag out with all the buffalo check! And btw, I’m not knocking buffalo check, I myself had many pieces at one time, I just think it’s very dated in 2024

I think a lot of the difference in opinion of when to decorate is influenced by what region you happen to live in. Im from Canada and we have a extremely short summer season and we try and hold onto it for dear life lol. When we see autumn decor we know it means our summer is coming to an end and the nasty cold long winter is upon us. So fall décor tends to invoke a negative feeling for most of us. That said fall is my favorite decorating season and season in general. People need to take into account a couple of things. First, dont watch fall decorating videos if that is how you feel about it, instead of leaving nasty comments. Secondly, content creators have to decorate earlier then the rest of us to give us inspiration! I for one wont be decorating for fall until September 1 because of living in Canada. The fall decorating stays up until November first. I'm thankful our Thanksgiving is October ( in the Autumn season) so it doesnt interfere with me decorating for Christmas November 1 😁

I can't wait to see what you do for fall, Halloween, and Christmas ❤ I know it's going to look beautiful and cozy. Watching your videos gives me so much inspo and to keep my home clean and try new things with decorating, so thank you for all the different ways I can decorate my home 🏡 ❤

I assume this is footage from last year. September maybe too early for some I'm fine with the décor just after Labor Day or even the last week of August. I have found that it's important to welcome the current season rather than rush the next. I used to spend summertime thinking about fall and then in winter wishing it were summer. Now I embrace where I'm at. Right now is the height of summer with beaches, boating, picnics, outdoor get togethers with friends, my cats basking in the sunroom, lots of BQ and summer foods. That said I'm checking out Hobby Lobby tomorrow to stock up on what I will be using. I like your décor FYI.

Your home is lovely but you could cover your bed rm. Tables with aplacemat.

I love your videos but I love when your talking feel like hanging out with a close friend.

I am a fan of your home decoration and I can't wait to start decorate my home for Falls.❤❤❤ Everything came out beautiful like always. The only thing that got me worry was that lit candle on top of your bed but after that I got relief when you removed the candle. Please don't think I'm criticized you is only that in this KZread Channels there's at lot of people without common sense and if they place a lot candle on top of the bed they will ended causing a fire.

I enjoy your videos and I know KZreadrs have to be ahead in decor, but how can you decorate for fall July 10th. Halloween is more that 3 months away and your Thanksgiving is 4 months away. I’m in Canada so our Thanksgiving is before Halloween and I can’t imagine pumpkins in my house in July. All I can think of is your family out in your pool with pumpkins in the house.

You do know that this is a compilation of past videos right? I stay in the south just like Tori and I detest summer, you would too if you lived in Mississippi I’m not digging at my state but sometimes I don’t want to see satan waving and saying “my what wonderful weather it is today. “ (that was a joke ) I like others like to decompress and watch cozy fall and Christmas videos. Sure it may seem odd but every one has their favorite seasons🤷🏾‍♀️.

Some of us hate summer and can’t wait for the beginning of fall! 😅 I know that as soon as August hits, I start slowly prepping the house for fall with decor and fall-colored bedding. July is one of the hottest months of the summer and can be miserable to get through. It’s nice to think about the cooler weather coming up in a few months 🍂
