Hello Nel. There are two residence permits available in Poland: Temporary residence permit which is valid for one to three years. Permanent residence permit which is valid for ten years. Permanent residence permit The Pole's Card is proof that you are a part of the Polish nation, though not a Polish citizen. You will get a Pole's Card if you have permanent residency in Poland. Your Pole's Card is valid for ten years, calculated from the date you acquire the card. Hope it would be help you out thank you.

Bro, you made a mistake. I was having that same issue. I tried 2 times, but the same message later, you need to add examples A/77879/36 with alphabet it will get rejected again and again
