In humanitarian work in armed conflict zones, which we know is dangerous, we have to integrate simulations into our weekly activities. Coordinators often cite there not being time, or they are too complicated. But that is the wrong attitude. What is really dangerous, is having inexperienced teams working in conflict zones, and never simulating anything.
