@@desi_hopper Have you seen lok sabha of the time of UPA. december shouting is nothing compared to what circus NDA used to do in parliament 15 years ago. Even then they were never suspended. Om birla is a spineless puppet of BJP. I used to respect him as all speakers are respected but he has degraded that position.

Putting people of the same party together in the allocation of seats only increases partisanship. The seat allocation should be managed so that, as far as possible, any MP's neighbors are from a different party.

The first seat in Loksabha and Rajyasabha right of the chair is reserved for Leader of the house. Not PM default. When Manmohan Singh was PM the first seat to right of chair was occupied by Pranab Mukharjee and Shinde who were leader of house in Lok Sabha... Manmohan Singh used to sit next to them...
