After the conversation with the priest and the invasion of the Black Leaves mercenaries into the church they were in, amidst all the chaos and intense fighting, the mercenaries managed to injure the priest.
This triggered a fury in Sylar, and her powers surfaced uncontrollably. It was as if everything was covered by a red aura, and Sylar could dispatch her enemies with ease, especially since most of them used light weapons. However, the real threat lay in the katanas with black blades that could inflict significant damage on Sylar.
Nothing seemed to touch her until one of the mercenaries taunted, "Sylar, your father sends his regards, hahaha." In disbelief, she responded, "What? It can't be..." The mercenary continued, "He's in Stigyan Citadel... good luck, you'll never find him in that hellhole. I'd prefer to die than... Argh." Sylar interrupted him with a swift strike of her sword, leaving him unable to react. She said, "Great, I've got what I wanted."
Sylar then assisted the priest and continued her journey towards the Citadel.
The disturbing revelation about her father, conveyed by the lips of the mercenaries, prompts Sylar to seek answers in a dark and mysterious city.
