Yeah, this was when I first learned who she was, but little did I know she was that same little girl from the movie I'd only seen the preview of Little Miss Sunshine. Plus there's Definitely Maybe, Kit Kittredge, Nim's Island, My Sister's Keeper, and the list goes on.

The problem with movies and trailers, is that during 90's and 2000's movies are so great and trailers spoil; after 2010 movies start to go on a downward slope and trailers are getting more and more exciting.

True. Even if the trailers dont give much of the storyline away the thrill of the trailer isn’t the same when you watch thr movie. Plus the movie ends up as a conventional story

This is one of her best movies.

Funny the same INTRO as a cancled commentary part in the German version. Personally I prever the American version to the German original ( BELLA MARTHA )

I think in the opening credits it says that it's based off an an original screenplay called Mostly Martha, so it does give it credit.

It's like Raising Helen with an orphaned girl living with an unmarried Aunt. It's also like Life as a House due to the score of the movie.

The Original is named Bella Martha (eng. Mostly Martha) and its better that this one... ;)
