More than them abandoning him, I'm sure it was he that stepped down on his own because if he didn't, the other 3 would have to let go of the band name, 10 years of struggle and restart from scratch. Considering their age, that would be really difficult at this point in their life. Knowing LJH, he would do everything for the ones close to him and wouldn't want them to suffer because of him. So therefore, it's my understanding that he stepped down and told them to carry on.

now fans miss him, where was all these fans 2019 with one voice to defend him, to keep the balance to malicious articles, to malicious comments in internet, and fans i don't know how many or from which country the most, propably from korea, protested against him and demanded leave cnblue, and the rest remained silent. i am a new fan from europe from 2017 and i wonder the fans from more years even if jonghyun wasn't their bias, didn't understand how good heart man was, he paid a price only because he was friend with some musicians who made illegal things. if the fandom rising his voice everywhere could protect him but didn't. do you really believed that jonghyun was or is that kind of man who have or had bad thoughts or behaviors for women? how many women with poor brains. i don't think that jonghyun will comeback, because he looked unhuppy with the star system in korea and generally in asia, where fans today they love you and if you make a little mistake for you in asia, not in europe, like hawks will rush to eat you. propably he wants to live a simple life, not a celebrity life, but i hope that he create music, maybe some day he release his music.
