Por Dios, ese hombre cuando canta te transporta a otro mundo con su voz y su actuación, no solo es su voz, es la actuación que le pone que te hace vivir la experiencia de canción, son muy pocos los cantantes que tienen esa combinación y a mi parecer es el mas grande de todos

Ésta composición del maestro Sorozábal es magnífica y Plácido no solo la ha difundido por el mundo sino que la ejecuta como lo que es: un gran maestro.

Maestro de Maestros, una anécdota yo fanática absoluta de don Plácido, mi hijita de 5 añitos en ese entonces, lo escuchaba cantar y nos pedía que pusieramos a su cantante favorito que era Don Plácido se emocionaba tanto, y cantaba junto con él, nos decía lo quería conocer, hoy ella casada, lo escucha y lo admira se ríe cuando le contamos que lloraba cuando lo escuchaba cantar.

Ésta interpretación de Plácido Domingo, como maravilloso tenor , entonando : La Tabernera del puerto, es la mejor canción o talvez ópera, que es número uno de mis preferidos. Placido Domingo es el mejor, según mi atenta escucha, de los llamados tres tenores . Expresa sus sentimientos es viceral y conmueve profundamente mi espíritu

WOW! That's called setting the haters down and shutting them up. HA! A tour de force performance that made the entire venue ROAR and give him a standing ovation. A richly deserved one. He still could out sing 99.9999% of the world and over half of the current batch of tenors. The greatest tenor ever.

J'adore Placido Domingo, MAGNIFIQUE TENOR depuis ses premiers Don José, la Traviata de Zeffirelli, Otello, jusqu'à aujourd'hui dans les rôles de Baryton! Bien sur de jeunes Ténor reprennent le flambeau, mais je revois ses concerts , et j'écoute ses enregistrements d'Opéras avec toujours la même émotion, j'aime aussi son humour, sa générosité, pour moi il est le plus grand ! j'avais cet air dans la tête depuis plusieurs jours, et envie de le partager.

one of the greatest tenors, excellent, when he was coming up, placido, pavrotti, & carreras, all said they use to watch all of mario lanzas movies and that he truly inspired them to become opera singers. the truth is they were given a gift from god, and they shared that gift with all of us.yes placido was very special. god bless all of them. best regards Louie Vaccaro tenor, las vegas.

C'est tout simplement une des plus belles voix actuelles, sinon le plus grand. Il a la grande classe pour interpréter des morceaux peu connus, voire ternes (car souvent mal interprétés) du répertoire de la zarzuela et leur redonner un éclat exceptionnel. Bravo Placido!!
