So far among all the pizza recipes in KZread this is the best. I have tried it a lot and it came out perfect the each time. If you want to do it in microwave preheat the microwave and put the pizza for exactly 5mins. Not more than that.

is it..usually in covection we need to put it for 20 mins in 200degree celcius

Can you tell me please.. should the flame on high and the time duration 9-10 min? As I prepared today and it has burnt in the lower portion..so can I put the flame low and bake it for 30-35 min in the gas? Please help me
