​@natonaa9681 basically if you want to use him as a physical unit, use his E and then a normal attack string (which will end with him throwing Pers for max phys damage). If you're playing him cryo, use his E twice in a row for max cryo damage. During his burst you get to just do this over and over again because the cool-down on his E is reduced to like a couple seconds, that's the fun part for me. Cryo especially. Sorry hopefully I explained this well, once you get it it's ezpz, and it's cool that he has 2 playstyles also

I used Thundering Furry Razor to full star the 2nd half of this Spiral Abyss. Overload + Claymore destroys the geo slime shields super quickly.

Nice!🎉 Razor was my first main dps, so this feels very nostalgic. Personally, I enjoyed dendro the most in this Abyss. Alhaitham-Yae-Yaoyao-Fischl, Kaveh-Nilou-Baizhu-Furina. Furina made Kaveh actually GOOD, and I'm crying tears of gratitude. Also noticed Kaeya was down there with the least used characters, but he can melt the first half with Shenhe, Bennett and Xiangling. Still waiting for a usable Diluc comp that would not require selling my soul to the crimson witch of flames...

Cloud Retainer is gonna make Diluc Dragonstrike pretty good I think

Frem, Razor, Kaeya, Heizou, Xingqui, Sucrose , rosaria. these are some of the most legendary 4 star characters. they just need a higher level of commitment and also just a love of their playstyle. Smart people know that some of these 4 stars are better than some 5 stars

As a newbie and f2p, I can say Razor and Heizou have been amazing main dps for me. Criminally underrated.

The lesson here seems to be "get the overpowered supports, they can hard carry even the least capable "dps" characters in the game." It's a bit... not sure what to say about that. The new version of Xiangling+Bennett core, I suppose.

In a way I hate it but in another way I'm glad it lets you use the characters you like on field. I just wish we had a good dendro support that isn't a toddler, their animations freak me out for some reaspn

I strongly dislike both Nahida and Furina as characters, so I'm very annoyed about this. Finding Abyss runs that don't use them on either side is nearly impossible unless you stick to 4 star only... and then it's just Xiangling lol @@maevethefox5912

Razor can be a physical DPS, an electro DPS, trigger overload (with chevreuse), trigger hyperbloom, and heck, he can even be a support at C4 (skill cast decreases opponents Def by 15% for 7s). He's so underrated smh.

I love these two boys. Kaveh too. You notice a pattern all of them are claymores. Its the claymore curse. The only tollerable Claymore is Navia because she doesnt even use it😂. That said i would rather play Razor than Keqing. But i have a new account and i dont have Razor😅. Also Yaoyao healing seems so low to me i am so used to Kokomi who i have overinvested in so the healing seems so little in comparison

Given their seeming refusal to actually buff physical damage somehow, I'd be happy if they just introduced support characters with persistent electro/cryo infusion to run Razor/Freminet as pure elemental damage.

I think I finally started to consitently clear abbysses for 36 stars so I'm back to building my underpowered faves like Razor atm 💛 This reset I used Yae-Kazuha-Fishl-Baizhu on first half and Nahida-Nilou-Kokonut-Kirara on the second~

3:46 hmm interesting Freminet’s claymore doesn’t hit very well vertically. I expect that from 1 handed sword (like most Traveler or Bennett tap skills) but thought at least claymore can hit 1 metre above the character’s head.

The character just needs to be tall enough. That's why Itto and Dehya and such can smack the bird fine. Frem isn't a tall model, though, so he's out of luck.

imo the most fun razor team is Thundering Furry (yes thats the correct name): razor, c6 bennett (it's just a normal hyperbloom team but worse without c6), nahida or d. traveller, and xingqiu for explanation on the team watch Zajef

On this abyss i used bennett-xiangling-fischl-kazuha And nahida-xinqui-kuki-thoma for the second half

i also play freminet on 2nd half with this team Furina, Charlotte, Yelan, Freminet

Success had nothing to do with Razor and/or Freminet. :D

I'm too lazy to use fun characters for Abyss so I used just Nilou/Nahida bloom on one side and Furina/Neuvillette on the other. At the very least, Abyss is now squeaking clean.

Try all 4-star or aggravate Kaveh

I don't think Razor is weak character although the combination of AR40+ and Inazuma does nerf him a lot Besides, never had fun playing with 😣 Feel I play with lag as well like those early dps characters from Honkai 3rd

Where can i find these BGMs? They're like... they remind me of Streets of rage and that's awesome! That one in the geo chamber is almost like it's taken straight from SOR3, and raiden's theme sounds a lot like SOR 2's shiva's theme. much better than the original genshin tracks imo

I just did what I always do for Spiral Abyss teams; Mono Pyro Klee Aggravate Dori

People dont want to play Freminet or Razor because they go to twitch and ask whales, " Do you recommend I build Razor?" And the twitch streamer laughs and discourages them from playing the character they want to play, and make people think you need C6 R5 5stars to enjoy the game. We need way more people like you to show players that you can make anyone you like shine.

i think i am one of 0.1% who use razor in spiral abyss 😂

i prefer fast team to beat spiral abyss, coz i need the primo quickly for yoimiya, and she still not come home yet raiden, xiangling, chevreuse, bennett (first half) alhaitham, yelan, nahida, kuki (second half)

freminet's personality wise, design, everything other than his actual kit is by far the worst in the game to me. it's the only character i actively won't raise friendship to lvl 10. i don't want to. i like razor tho. specially with his korean voice. sounds so cool. one day i'll build up mine to godhood to show my friends what their original main is capable when someone builds him nowadays. though i'll probably build a pyro razor, ngl. Now some 4 stars dps don't get the usage they deserve. noelle and yanfei, when built, are easily better than most c0 5 stars, and yet no one uses them, because... idk, people don't like 4 stars for some reason. i personally love them, i prefer them to 5 stars. just from the fact that their bursts don't mess up my camera it already makes them so much more pleasurable to use.

Well, guess you're entitled to that opinion but that is just a crazy take to me, I really like Freminet, he is literally my favourite character and the reason why I started actually playing Genshin rather than just watching streamers and YT creators about it.

@@FattyThinPhoton that's perfectly fine. Your experience does not need to go through the filter of my own personal preferences, or vice versa, and we don't have to fight about it. It's good that you're not taking it as a personal offense (which it isn't, mind you), like the majority of this community does whenever you say anything any less than completely positive about any character. shows that you are more mature than the average genshin player.

Just found it pretty wild that we could have such differing thoughts on him, but of course, it does make sense that different people will have different opinions on characters. I've just not seen many people that seem to dislike him from a character perspective is all, most people seem to dislike him from a kit or meta perspective. If anything, though, it's really awesome that the characters are all so unique, so that one person's absolute favourite can be another's least favourite. I mean, definitely have some thoughts on some of the communities' favourite characters that I dare not voice in public! 😅

@@FattyThinPhoton i know, your post was pretty well mannered, so we're totally good, i had no reason to take offense. disparity in preferences is normal, we just need to be civilized about it, and you were. so 👍 ah, i actually like his kit. it's pretty creative, even if it's not the strongest. i guess i'm the opposite of the norm for him then.

Every T4 main DPS so far has been a failure, be it Razor, Freminet, Ningguang, Kaveh, Yanfei and honestly, even Noelle. They have lower stat values, their ascension stat is usually %ATK and their multipliers are weaker, which make them worse then T5s even when comparing a T4 C6 vs a T5 C0. With Constellations, a T5 will simply blow a T4 out of the water. That's why nobody uses those characters, as they don't bring value to the team. Razor and Freminet, in particular, can't be used as supports or sub-DPS, while Ningguang can be a Petra * TTDS holder, Yanfei can be a shielder, Kaveh and Noelle can be on-field drivers. That makes Razor and Freminet a "new player character", for people who don't have better options. Honestly, I don't even know why Mihoyo released Freminet. They should stick to relegating T4's to supportive positions, as they do with rank A Valkyries in HI3. I mean, look at Chevreuse, she is completely insane. The best T4 characters are the ones that can buff the team and apply elemental reactions off-screen.
