I’m really digging this series! I’d like to see multiple seasons of this!
Listen boys… we’re gonna need a lot more than 4 of these.. go through gear, techniques, how and where to fish.. I mean MeatEater is the new infisherman
The last two episodes from this series has been some of my favorite content to come from meat eater. Keep em coming!
We need to get you guys in some custom fishing jerseys with nicknames on the back. “The Flip Flop Flesher” and “Chester the Molester.” The names alone strike fear into the hearts of the competition

That would prevent them from Hawking meat eaters own product line. I love these videos, but they are also mostly commercials for first lite.
18:30 It's always such a great feeling when you catch a fish on the FIRST "one last cast".
This was really great! That dancing stache in the intro should be a staple for all Meateater content going forward
Loving this series! Keep ‘em coming!
Been looking forward to this series and you guys absolutely delivered. Good stuff!

Glad to see Seth and Chet killing it! Keep up the good work.
Definitely would love to see more seasons of this, good bunch of blokes and I hope you guys do well and enjoy the opportunity. Dave from Australia.
Best series from meateater yet
Great new series! Love these guys. Tournament fishing is tough. Finishing in the money on your first tournament? Man! That’s awesome! Can’t wait for the next episode!
Awesome job boys! Excited to see more from this series. Seth, Chester and Chris are the dream team!

More series like this !
I love the raw emotion you guys show. Awesome video!
I love this, guys. Its relatable and down to earth. I hope you guys have many seasons of this and eventually we get to see a CHAMPIONSHIP WIN!
Loving this series, was waiting all week for this one to drop after that first episode!
These two together. Awesome!
Walleye are some of the most finnicky fish to catch and I couldnt imagine the pressure of a tournament. And then on top of that when you find a good walleye spot, its also a good smallmouth and pike spot too.

Walleye tournaments are a blast, my good sir. You should try it, it’s an eye opening and incredible experience, and so much fun. The key is not to destroy yourself with expectations.

@@Stonehorn Oh most definitely! When I land a nice size walleye the excitement is through the roof. The excitement of a tournament must be through the roof!
Good stuff. I like the fishing tips/ techniques in middle of fishing scenes. Also the side notes that appear on screen, those are cool. Learning allot.
Good job guys! Can’t wait for the next episode
Loving the series so far
this is a fun series, really liking it
Love these videos! Well done fellers!
Keep this series going! 👍
Man I LOVE this!!!!!
Loving this series!!!!!
" We got weights in fish! " 🤣
Love the show guys.
Awesome series guys would be really cool to watch you go for Bass sometime
In the Netherlands we call them 'pike-bass' or snoekbaars. I believe in other countries its 'sander' 'szandacz' etc. They are delicious. Great video. Thanks for your effort to show us what you do and how to!

I would consider zander and walleye two different things. We have both in North Dakota due to stocking efforts in the 1980's.

Zeadnader are a different animal. They get larger than walleye

Walleye, sauger, and zander share the same genus, but are in fact different species. Unlike walleye and sauger, zander are not native to the U.S. but as WhistlePig said zander have been stocked in certain areas.

Ok the stripes are also different. But the way to catch them is definitely the same 😉
Good job guys I can’t wait to see how the season ends
Keep these coming
Excellent fishing fellas
Chester's face was lookin reeeeal pink there at the end!
Good stuff! I felt your pain when you loose em before you even get a peek
Best meateater content yet!
Lovin it!!!
Walleye and yellow perch made up most of my summer youth diet having a summer camp on lake Champlain in VT, What a a great child(in the)hood. Goatsmilk at home, and mercury fish away.
ugh makes me miss going out on the boat. HURRY UP SPRING
Good job! Caught some really nice size walleye. We are lucking to get something over 20" here in Colorado
definitely more of this meat eater!!
love it guys! y'all should consider putting some episode numbers in your video titles.
Zyn and Funyuns. My exact Canadian walleye trip diet.
Damn, I wish I was out on the open water fishing Walters... I'm stuck fishing on the ice now, and the bite has been crap the last few weeks. This is keeping me going!
cool ep
Solid first catch! That’ll get yer rears in gear 👍

Need to get on the Columbia river monster walleye
What a cool fish, my favorite freshwater fish to eat too.
Awesome series. That one dude is definitely dollar store Ryan Callahan lol.
Sweet win for the first time out ☺️! JO JO IN VT 💞💨❄️
IMHO, the CPR tournaments are the BEST form of tournament for the fisheries. The stacking fish in a small livewell and toting them around in bags is a really primitive form of conducting tournaments if you're going to release fish in the end. I'm not saying people who engage in those tournaments are wrong, but I just feel like catch, photo, release is so much better for the resource. It seems like the west has the right form of thinking about this, and I wish this sort of mentality would work it's way back east. Anyways, that's just one man's opinion. I'm loving this series...
yessir
I wanna see a Midwest northern fishing or ice fishing sunfish
Meat eater is cool because they don’t make you feel like a jabroni for preferring a spinning rod
LFGOOOOOOO
Let the sponsors pour in!
If Steven R was there he will catch all the fish
Seth is definitely baby Cal
LFG!!!
What is that stickleback sticker on the coffee mug??? Where can I find one?
Any time you can cash a check you’ve done good!
Might be a stupid question, and something you do as par for the course, but do you guys sharpen your hooks? - I'm from the UK and don't fish for walleye, but hook sharpening makes a big difference...
Don’t forget your lead weights 🤣
Killer intro music, who is it?
I never understood the whole tournament fishing thing. To me, it seems like you're just adding stress to an activity that most people do as a means of relaxing and relieving stress. If you want to go fish these big tournaments all the time, go for it. I just don't see how it's appealing. I'd rather go out on a quiet little lake somewhere and catch a stack of bluegill for dinner, or run noodles for catfish while I'm camping.
Tie on some stingers
👍👍❤❤
What kind of net is that
What are the sunglasses Chester is wearing?
How are you supposed to stuff them full of lead weights and fillets if you only take a picture and measure them?

Well actually… here in the U.K. we kinda champion the underdog…

is Seth and cal brothers ? they seem a lot alike
Steve would’ve took all 3 podium spots by himself fishing from shore!
Chet about to overtake Steve as the number 1 Meateater personality
aside from the cheesy intro it's good

I love Steve and Cal. But sometimes they seem so expert that their advice is not applicable to my experience. Like getting basketball tips from Lebron James. This series is funny, approachable, and more usable for more novice outdoorsman, like myself.

Great show but I had to vote it down because of all the foul language.
