we talk about Karahi Recipes, we simply can't avoid Afghani Chicken Karahi. You guys have loved Charsi Chicken Karahi and the simplicity of that, this one is not that simple but not that difficult either. I am sure that you are going to love it.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
Water for cooking
3 -4 Green Chillis
1.5 Tbsp Roasted Masala
1 Onion Bulbs
1 Capsicum Bulb
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Ginger jullienne
3 - 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Coriander Leaves
INGERDIENTS TO MARINATE THE CHICKEN
1/2 kg chicken
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Onion Sliced
Lemon Zest
1/4 Cup Curd
1 Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Roasted Masala
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ROASTED MASALA
2 tsp Black Peppercorns
1/2 tsp Sauf
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
3 -4 Laung
2 Dried Red Chilli
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SLURRY
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce

I made this dish yesterday and believe you me; it was killer! It beats all the other oil filled desi dishes on youtube, taste wise , health wise, this one takes the lead.
