У них там климат тропический, или субтропический. А я не понимаю, как растёт корневая система, вверх тормашками, законы земного тяготения никто не отменял.

This method is applicable to garden areas prone to flood. Instead of planting vegetables direct to the soil and get flooded, this hanging method is so advisable.

Where can I get these water jugs?

We are growing this same variety egg plant at home(in soil directly). It gives very good yield and mostly don't get infected. I like this variety.
