If you are familiar with my sleep hypnosis and/or meditations, you might notice that this session is less conversational in tone. It also has a shorter introduction and so is better suited to those with previous experience of hypnosis, or those who prefer more direct language over gentle suggestions. I hope you enjoy it.
One consistent theme of all my sleep hypnosis videos is the importance of directing your mind away from both the past and the future. In many instances, it is the negative and upsetting emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension that make it difficult to switch off and stop your mind spinning, especially at night time when we are often alone with our thoughts. When you are able to place your mind in the present, you are free from those emotional burdens.
This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion.
When listened to on a regularly, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, inevitably you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive and solution-focused way.

    I tried listening to the rain and breaking wave videos but still struggled to get to sleep. My mind was always twirling but Nick's hypnosis was a great relief. Every time I listen I only make it through 10-15 minutes and then before you know it I'm out cold. I'm glad I stumbled over his videos. Finally, I can sleep. Cheers 😂😂😅

    That's really a strong one. My body immediately followed. My brain was empty but still wanted to be stronger, but there was nothing to think about.     I'm so grateful for your videos Nick. They knock me flat out for hours. I rarely sleep that long and wake up all drooly and rested. I work nights so when I get done working at 7a I usually have to fight daylight and daytime noises. I am thankful that I can just put on my headphones and let myself go.

    I have multiple sleep disorders and struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. This is the only thing that works! I fall asleep a few seconds after he says, so hi, this is Nick...The best solid sleep I can get...and no sleepwalking. I encourage anyone to try this it's like magic

Hypnotherapy helped me so much and so quickly I decided to study it and qualify as a licensed hypnotherapist. I'm a writer by trade and fascinated by language, hence why I make these videos. My best.     Hi there - yes, I create all my videos with different background audios since different people have different preferences. I make them with rain, waves, audio, voice only and sometimes 8-hour.
