Step 1: Assure all fans are stacked neatly flat & smooth, same height when put on the frame,worker can pick out or adjust the fans which not on same height
Step 2: Spray water on fans, by wet towel or a sprayer kindly
Step 3: Cover fans with wet towel kindly, worker can use hand to pat the towel
Step 4: After 20-40 minutes, put it on paper cup making machine (you will always find the time best suitable after do some times)
Important tips:
A.too longer time spray water will make weakness on top edge, cup top rim will fall down and fail to shape like above picture
B.If the cup sleeves on frame is not fair, the water drop will go down to the fans which is lower on height, it will make 1-5 pcs of fan wear with more water than their neighbors, it will broken on rim easier.
