Ingredients for the delicious pastries:
130 g yogurt
1 egg yolk
1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
300 g of flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
120 g butter
"For the filling"
4 - 5 apples
20 g butter
1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 egg white
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
Icing sugar for sprinkling
