Love Primal's expressions: horror, despair, anguish, pain, hesitation, reluctance, sorrow, when confronting his dear friend gone mad with Scourge's corruption and being forced to kill her with the heavy heart.

The emotion in Primal's eyes got me tearing up at the theatre.

The amount of sadness in primal optics he didn't want to lose air-razor but it had to be done And then he walked away from her body like he was a monster cuz of how bad he felt which ripped me up Thr second he realized what had to be done he felt so much pain and sadness he even tried to prolong it which was even more heart breaking Not to mention his face when he was about to kill air-razor just 10/10 on the scripting made a lot of people cry

I wouldn’t say 10/10 personally since we really don’t spend enough time With these characters enough for us to care since they were just introduced but not denying that it wasn’t emotional.

When you think about this, it's SOOOO stupid...!!! I mean, first the enemy shoots this deadly lethal kind of weapon AT HER, not at Optimus... Then, she doesn't tell anyone she got shot, but she clearly KNOWS what's going to happen! -_- And then they kill her in seconds, without even trying to find a cure... So is they know there is no cure?!?! So is this little weapon able to kill EVERY Cybertronian in 1 HIT!?!?!?? LOL... -_- So there we have the most deadly weapon against cybertronians, used only ONCE in history... and on Air Razor, noone importnant, not on the LEADER... lol... and apareantly, Decepticons NEVER use this lethal weapon ever again lmao..... -_- They had just one?!??! I mean, if I had a weapon that does THIS to enemy, I would totaly safe it for Optimus, not some bird... And we also have a milion year old robot warrior, who does not tell their squad she got hit by this, knowing what will it cause... And noone on her squad noticed she is injured.... -_- This whole thing is just stupid...

I remember most of the theater crying (including me) & a few people screaming "Primal (or Optimus Primal) NOOOO !" when Primal was forced to kill what wasn't only his soldier but his friend & possibly what he'd consider family.

I genuinely nearly cried at the theaters when this happened

This movie was different from the originals in so many positive ways- epic writing, giving the audience what they wanted, and invoking visible emotions through a continuation of jaw dropping CGI- this film felt so good to watch, and I was in dire shock

Totally devastated over this scene. Just magnificent how much care and detail went into making the Maximals so lifelike. You really felt the gut punch of this emotionally. I remember at my viewing in the packed cinema you could hear a pin drop when Primal had to dispatch Airazor 😢

The fact that air razor was comforting Primal as he had no choice but to kill her made it sadder

I like how expressive and emotional Primal's face is.

Imagine if instead of primal its tigatron, that will be even sadder

The “touch” has to be intentional with scourge. For air razor he essentially shot some sort of projectile that attached to air razor and began the process

Man I feel so sorry for Primal. I imagine Airazor being what Bumblebee is to Optimus prime. A close friend. Maybe even sister-like to Primal. And like silverbolt said: Her spark got extinguished before we could ever see her true light. (in this case never seeing her transform) At least she got the most amount of screen time from the Maximal side. Wish I could say the same for Cheetor and my Boi Rhinox. Your death will probably haunt me for a few more weeks. But they did her absolutely amazing. Her voice is spot on and her design 👌

The spark could actually reactive through the red and white energon crystal or forge of the solus prime hammer whom could bring anyone back in life like Optimus got back life with upgrade in TRF prime

Air razer helped Soo much 😢 otimus primal was heart broken may her spark be free

Much needed step in the right direction from the Bayverse, more emotion, less explosions.

Can I just say I was floored by the incredible work done on Primal's facial expressions?

Feels like my favourite characters in any given series are always doomed to die. When I realized Airazor was going to die, I couldn't bring myself to go to the movie. And the fact that she doesn't even get a fight scene in her robot mode...honestly, even the original Beast Wars did her and Tigatron's stories poorly with a weird ending...

U can literally see the emotion that Primal has after killing air-razor cuz he DID NOT want to kill it but he had no choice but to since it was the only chance he had to save the humans

It looks like ron pearlman put a lot of effort to voice optimus primal

How she reassured him that everything will be ok like a mom protecting his child... dude, primal lost enough and cintinues to stand tall. Thats why he influences optimus prime in such a way in the movie

I almost cried, I held myself back from crying.

Airrazor will never be forgotten

This scene hurt me so much 😭

I haven’t even seen the movie yet but I could tell air-razor and primel are best friends and that look of anguish and sorrow when he realized that he had to kill his friend just broke me I’m crying right now jeez this hit hard

This was the saddest scene, i feel for her.
