No Man's Sky - Base Build: Rad Peak Villa

Ойындар

The Rad Peak Villa sits on a high overlook on a mildly radioactive arid planet called Villoyd Uchuo in the Wennonj X system near the galactic hub. Commissioned by a private party that wishes to remain anonymous, it was designed by the illustrious Galactic Tecton Avatar Omega who was given carte blanche on location and budget. The new owners are reportedly very happy with the villa, especially as its features and amenities are akin to those that are normally found only in the most high-end residences available only to galactic royalty until now.

    Loving this. Can you say how the “inverted roof” elements are placed? The cupped structure the main floor sits on.

  • @avataromega

    @avataromega

    Жыл бұрын

    The roof element used as foundation will snap to a floor element as long as there is a wall element above it. I like using it this way. Some of my favorite builds use this technique. Thanks for watching.

    I love your style of base building. The stuff you make the bathrooms out of, did you have to purchase those from the Anomaly with quicksilver?

    I put hundreds of hours into this game when it first came out. I stopped for a bit then the first ‘fix’ came out for it. The problem was my save wouldn’t load any more so I deleted it and within hours, Hello had released a patch that would’ve sorted it. I tried to go back after that, but to start with nothing in a gane that demands you spend most of your time collecting pish, basically shopping all day like I’m a Cali housewife, drove me insane - as well as starting on a planet that’s trying to kill you and losing the ship I got as a pre-order that was supposed to be accessible in every new game, I moved away from it I returned to the game this was undoubtedly trying to follow and improve on, Elite Dangerous, then they decided Elite should try copy the game that was trying to copy it and it all turned into a clusterfuck lol

    This game has become the kind of thing that if you ever find a way to free your mind from your body and do whatever you want on the web, basically immortality for millions of years, you will be enjoying this game forever with building stuff like that. But in our case, it's super time consuming and it's mostly repetitive which makes it boring because every single system has the same biological seeds which is leading to same creature types for billions of planets.
