    I noticed you used the same knotless technique I watched another young lady used on youtube last year. Her name is Puate. She used to actually crochet, like to make clothes. So she took the same crochet techniques for yarn and modified it for hair. The knots you are doing are called the "Larks Head" knot and the "Single Chain" knot. I would suggest you look her up and see the similarities, plus she teaches other types of knotless techniques as well. One of her tutorials is called Knotless Crochet (4 ways) & Crochet Hairline.👍🏼🙂

    I watched you, talentique creations and twink dimple doo when I first attempted this style with the WONDERFUL expression hair you all did amazing and have mastered this style. I totally bombed 😰the whole style rushing and destroyed the invisible part 😂😩😭. You just took this to a whole new level😍😍😍😍😍 I have marley hair in now. I known what I did wrong with my straight style and my part this came out good and I braid better, so when I take this out I definently plan on attempting. this straight style again this video was inspiring never bought bundles before and I don't plan on it. thank you so much for uploading and the quality is amazing I'm so happy you up loaded! your hair looks amazing! like a sew-in

  • @MsAdwoa

    @MsAdwoa

    It is a natural effect of the fact the style is still based off of crochet. Over time the hair will lay flat but it happens. Blow drying the hair also helps. Thank you for watching.

  • @MsAdwoa

    @MsAdwoa

    8 жыл бұрын

    No. The braids shouldn't be exposed in either technique because you only expose the side with the invisible part; however, with the technique that requires you go in the Braid twice the braid will exposed if you open in between the invisible parts. But you shouldn't be exposing that for your style. I hope I explained it. Let me know.

    since the knot is under the braid, how do you remove the knot and not cut your own hair when it's time to take down the style? Thanks for the detailed video.

  • @MsAdwoa

    @MsAdwoa

    8 жыл бұрын

    You have to be careful and open the section of crocheted hair/braid that was initially created with two sides. You should pull with firmness The side where the knot exists. Pull it away from the braid and cut in between the knot and the braid closest to your scalp. Once cut, you can easily pull the cut end and the other side of the loose hair out. I hope this helps.

    I think she means that SYNTHETIC Marley hair takes too much work to straighten to her liking...being that synthetic hair is a fiber there's specific things you have to do to not damage it unlike like human or if she was doing her own natural hair which leaves more options...I don't think it was meant to say "our hair" is difficult....as you're making it sound

  • @MsAdwoa

    @MsAdwoa

    debraa27 No, as someone mentioned a above many people attempt to achieve this look using Marley hair; however, you have to brush, blow dry etc to achieve the same look. This hair eliminates that step. This video is a 14 min snapshot of my life. I rock Marley, twist, and other Afro centric styles outside of this video. As a result, just because I am trying to achieve a style that appears to be Eurocentric does not mean I don't like "our" type of hair. I am African, I am black, I am African American. I can never hate me. 😊 I'm sorry you feel that way.
