20:27 1. Didnt climb up enough 2. turn just a little bit makes u go btw theres another way of doing it: 1. go up the max make sure by doing it 2 times 2. shift the way u wanna go 3. dont turn character only camera

The bouncing ladder is caused by the parts dark pieces around the ladder. Roblox physics think you’re climbing up those parts like stairs, but they’re flush with the wall so you just sorta hop up. If they just didn’t have that kind of decoration there it would be fine.
