He was a little over two and yes, he had a diaper on. I had no clue he was going to poop; I just wanted to record my grandson playing and talking because he spoke so clearly. Thanks and good luck with your potty training.

My son was exactly the same, he was also very bright and spoke in complete sentences! He spoke so well that people would stop me wherever I went to ask me how old he was. He definitely knew when he had to poop and he would try to hide it because he didn't want me to take him to the potty chair! Whenever I asked him if he was pooping he would deny it as if it wasn't so obvious! Lol! Oh my goodness I had the hardest time trying to get him to want to poop in the potty chair! Talk about pain staking! It got to the point where I had to threaten to take away privileges because nothing else had worked up to that point!

If he knows that hes pooping than mean hes ready for toilet training

How old was he, I hope he had a diaper on and I'm suprised he didn't tell you he had to go. We are at the same stage with my son and trying to get him to use the potty and not his diaper

Was he still in diapers at the time? Did you have plenty of Diapers, Baby Wipes, Baby Powder and Desitin?

That's when you take them to the bathroom, because regardless of what they're saying you can tell they do need to use it
