Good to hear there is no issue with heat management. 50/50 tires will be good to add as well. I ride my 900 SS hard offroad already, so changing tires will be important on this bike.

Great review thanks I like the details you bring up...may i ask in regards to touring do you think the vibrations in the seat, pegs and handlebars would be too much for a 4-6 hour day riding at 100-130km and hour riding? We get them in Thailan din January so i a hoping to find out real world touring info...is it basically the same as other modern single cylinder bikes vibration wise? thanks again

Will equipping the bike with crash guards protect gear shift lever from bending? I was also concerned about leaning with the vehicle. I test rode the vehicle myself earlier this week and I wasn’t put in a situation that required me to corner or lean. I’m a 6”2 beginner and I’m a little afraid of being unable to lean or lean too much. Any tips ?

The handguards breaking easily is expected to be honest, almost all handguards that come standard on adventure bikes break almost immediately after the first fall even on higher end motorcycles like an Africa Twin, its a bit disappointing to see that they didn't include at least a folding shift lever Since they vouch that its a scrambler but if the shaft has the same number of splines as the street twin a CRF150 shift lever would fit.

What's the cruising speed of scrambler 400x and ktm 390 adventure? 130kmph?

400x is comfortable for 120kmph cruising. 390 Adv goes even beyond that, like 140kmph

It depends on the rider. I don't mind touring at a speed of 100kmph without visor. But with visor, it's a bit relaxing.
