mainly because like 60% of the time I did get hit could be chalked up to rng
attack 2 and attack 3 are extremely annoying at times

I know people complain about the RNG, but considering they’re aware of what you’ve done, and Flowey’s here, obviously RNG makes sense

That because with sans you blindsided him with your second attack and normal ASGORE dies in one hit because his guard was down.

I have a few questions regarding the last phase after defeating Asgore. 1. What ACT's are available besides Check? 2. How much damage does each pellet cause? 3. Is it possible to avoid getting hit by holding still? If anyone knows, please respond.

1. Talk for Asgore, which does nothing. Struggle for Flowey, which releases the ITEM and FIGHT buttons. 2. Same as the fireballs, 14 damage. 3. If you hold an input against a wall, yes.
