No flour, no sugar! Healthy apple recipe with oatmeal and mandarin🍊

Ingredients:

180 g(2 cups) oat flakes
2 medium apples
3 medium eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
70 g dried cranberries(1/2 cup)
mandarin peel and juice from a mandarin
nutmeg or ginger
bake 30 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
5:10 Recipe 2
100 g(1 cup) oat flour
a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
1 ripe banana
120 g(1/2 cup) yogurt
40 ml(~1/4 cup) coconut oil/ or other
70 g(1/2 cup) blueberries
bake for 20-22 minutes at 180°C /360°F
8:23 Recipe 3:
2 medium apples
1 egg
2 Medjool dates (pitted)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

There a little trick you can do with orange skin cut them into strips and leave them to dry them out naturally or after you have used the oven for 5 minutes. Then blend them into a powder. Then you've got an endless supply of orange powder for cooking or adding to a very little in a tea strainer with any lose tea. To have orange flavour tea. Our even adding to some baking powder to make the room smells nice. Enjoy. From the UK
