➡️ Biscuit Scones
Ap flour 2 cups
Sugar half cup
vanilla 1 teaspoon
Yogurt 1 tabspoon
Hard Butter, 125 g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Eggs 2
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Add flour, baking powder and butter and salt together. Mix well .
Add vanilla and whisk two eggs and add to the mixture. Slowly add yoghurt .
don’t OVER MIX, makes a crumbly DOUGH. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Cut into small circles with a cookie cutter. Place on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper.
Brush milk & egg yolk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12 to 14 minutes.

500 gom rice soaked
2 tsp salt
1 tabsp chilli flakes
1tsp Red chilli powder
1//2 tsp Black peppercorns
1 chicken cube( optional)
1 tabsp whole spices
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion fried
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp Tomato paste or 1 large tomato

Nice advice E not doing fazool kharchi. Here in the UK, I feel our Asian community is more involved in spending a lot on brands, expensive and new stuff. English people don't mind using second-hand stuff and do regular uniform swaps every year so they don't have to buy new uniforms all the time. I took 2nd hand uniform for my younger one and bought the new one for the eldest as she is going to high school. However, some schools support parents by giving discount vouchers. Nice vlog as always. I like to share my family time too. Hope you would like to check out.
