Where exactly is the no fall zone?

That's a don't want to fall zone at most, not a no fall zone. That terminology goes back decades and means something more to many oldtimers. It means cliffs and serious drops, not just steep or a rope on the side. It means a potential trip to the hospital with broken bones, or worse. Please don't diminish it's original meaning.

Saw a guy fall a few days later. He slid hundreds of feet down and is lucky to be alive. Get off your keyboard and get outside my guy

​@@tylerhadley9307 He's right, though. Self-arrest is possible on a snow-covered slope like that, especially if you keep a ski on, and "falling hundreds of feet" is hardly life-ending. Most of us have done it at least once. While we _all_ talk about how we're "lucky to be alive" afterwards, the fact is that if that were true then a lot more of us would be dying out there. You're skiing the sort of stuff that I would ride without any hesitation here, and I'm very much a "Dad skier" (albeit one with a couple thousand days on snow) who doesn't venture into true no-fall zones. Just enjoy your skiing and focus on the parts of it that bring you happiness. It doesn't have to be dangerous to be awesome.

Don’t let these people give you crap. I’ve hit this line many times and it can be pretty sketchy sometimes. You might not go off a cliff but if you start sliding down any of that you’re going for a long ride with a long hike back up. It’s steeper than it looks on camera.

Ride that every time I'm at basin and no offense you could follow anywhere in this vid and be fine XD. Theres a few REAL no fall zones up ahead. If you go hike neelds cirque theres a section where you have to hike down and it's a no fall zone on 3 separate sides except the one spot you are getting into
