K means overclockable, while F means no integrated GPU

The k series from intel do have intergrated graphics, is the f series and the kf series that do not include the intergrated graphics

Easiest explanation is , plug to the horizontal port instead of vertical. 😂 imagine someone getting it to work by the onboard graphics and complaining about shitty performance on their dedicated graphics 😂

Hey, fellow tech service person here. If your first reaction to you seeing the PC working perfectly fine is not to immediately asking them "Where are you plugging in the monitor?", you're not doing your job correctly. Customer could've saved one trip and it means a bit to them, especially when you take time to explain to them directly. Plus it kinda makes you look cool to be like "Oh yeah no, this is how you do it right, dw".

@@hannanah8036lol you’re emotional and very wrong. First, no one said there was a “failure”. Second, he offered really good advice to the tech. It’s an extremely common mistake by new pc builders/people who buy prebuilds. If you look at criticism negatively instead of constructive, you risk becoming stupid. You seem like you might be on track for that.

And of your momitor allows, use a display port especially if your monitor is rated >60fps
