    Halfway in and I'm seeing some good, thoughtful conditioning. None of the gimmicky stuff. Only things that would actually improve real athletic power.

    I hope you read this coach jackson. After wins over teams they SHOULD"VE won, we as gamecocks fans would see on the team instagram, coach muschamp pumping his team up after a win by saying "ILL SEE YOU TUESDAY!" and it made me think "what happened to no days off?" "would belichick take monday off?" LOL I never understood it. A former strength coach for south carolina in the years they were winning 11 games a season 3 straight years, named CRAIG FITZGERALD, was the best strength coach the school ever had.. the head coach was SCARED of the dude! LOL some of the team captains would come to coach towards end of practice and say "hey coach, were pretty wore out can we go ahead and end practice?" so coach spurrier would blow whistle and call practice.. IN COMES COACH FITZ, lol "ABSOLUTELY NOT. WE ARE RUNNING. PRACTICE AINT OVER TIL I SAY IT's OVER. IDGAF WHAT HE SAID" and that was that. Another great story was fitz telling certain members of the team to stay out of "five points" and the bars downtown, and represent the school right. Well some didn't listen, and he was waiting at one of the bars at 2am. feet kicked up sippin a mixed drink! he made them all follow him back to the stadium, and made them run steps til almost 6am. brought those guys to midfield when he was done, and schooled them on how they needed to be accountable, pointed to all the empty seats and made these guys realize it's going to take more than they were giving, to get where they wanted to go. Those were some strong teams. they NEVER BROKE, they never lost composure, they always believed they had a chance to win the game. Most of the time the game was won before they ever stepped foot on the field! true leaders.. went 18-0 at home over a 3 year span and had the longest home winning streak in the country.. 18-0 at home and 12-6 record on the road in those 3 years.. It makes me so happy to know that "NO DAYS OFF" will be implemented thru the team.

    Can somebody tell me what the unit of measurement is on the rubber colored weights? It says '20' on the blue ones and I don't know if it's supposed to be 20 lbs or 20 kg.

    A lot of this stuff is specific to advancing in football technical skills so it might seem foreign to people who normally watch body building videos, in that case I would it probably wouldn't matter for you. Not sure if you play football, but if you do , this definitely will help. These drills are all formed around building explosiveness, jumping power with plyo drills, power/strength in the upper body and help with foot coordination drills (cone drills, ladder drills, etc) to help with agility but also balance and help with technique on the field.
